Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette

I STAN for a great salad! A great salad with a simple vinaigrette is a winner all around.  This simple dressing seriously only takes about five minutes to prep.

What you need:
  • 1/4 cup good balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

What to do:
  • Whisk all of the ingredients together except for the olive oil until the sugar and salt dissolves.
  • Slowly whisk in the olive oil; or place all the ingrediens in a screw top jar and shake to combine.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
