I used to think that I didn't like corn but as I got older, I learned that I dont like frozen corn. I locve the fresh stuff though. Just made some mexican corn on the cob last night with butter, mayo and cotija cheese. Deelish.
K. Rock - People under-estimate mayo on corn...it sounded gross when I first heard about it but when I tasted it? Yes ma'am!
